United Way of Baldwin County supporters plan to raise at least $905,000 during the 2010 campaign to help 42 agencies and many residents hit hard by a recession and oil spill, supporters announced Thursday.

Funeral service set for father and son who died in Flomaton wreck

Suspect in Spanish Fort ATM burglary attempt previously charged with murder, police say
Spanish Fort police have identified one of three men suspected of crashing a stolen van into a gas station and trying to make off with an automatic teller machine earlier this week.
Through several tips, police Thursday identified one of the men seen in surveillance video as 24-year-old Derrick Centell Myles of Prichard, whose prior arrest record includes a murder charge, police said.
All the men remained at large Thursday evening.
