GULF SHORES, Alabama — When you’re out in the sun all day, it’s a challenge to stay comfortable — even if you are at the beach. Dave Matthews Band fans were up to the task though, as they waited from 11 a.m., when the gates opened at the Hangout Music Fest, until 8:30 p.m., when the band finally took the stage.
