FORT MORGAN, Alabama – Oil has invaded an Alabama estuary on the east side of St. Andrew’s Bay on the Fort Morgan peninsula.
Greg Miller, who owns 250 acres of which half is wetlands and estuaries, discovered the oil Thursday morning while checking his property.
